H-1B Approvals For Indian Companies Fall Sharply As U.S. Tech Dominates New Visas | Spotlight
A brand new NFAP evaluation of USCIS information reveals H-1B approvals for Indian-based companies have plunged, with solely three Indian corporations among the many prime 25 sponsors for preliminary employment in FY-2025. The highest seven Indian companies recorded 4,573 approvals, a 70% fall since 2015 and a 37% drop from 2024. U.S. tech giants are more and more hiring international graduates on to construct AI and superior methods. Indian IT companies abused H1B system, those who don't know, its being abused to throw out American's amd their next generations from well paid jobs for decades. It a specialist visa supposed to be paid very high. Rather it pays low and is used as tool to layoff American workers by importing cheap labor
Eliminate the unlimited limit allowed in the nonprofit industry such as hospitals and universities. No nih or dod grant should be used to pay foreign visa workers. Only American citizens should be allowed to accept govt grant funding for work in medical research efforts. Indians and Chinese workers don't care about America. They send 90% of their money back to their home country and don't assimilate. They have no interest in becoming Americans they also don't celebrate any of our holidays. Or care. Get rid of them all they do is lower salaries for the rest of us that care.
The company I work for has offshore teams in India. (We all work in IT) There are more than two teams in India with at least 25 employees each. The code they write is mostly copy-paste AI code, and their manual coding quality is very low, and their planning is usually wrong. In the OS team, only two people are smart and do somewhat proper work. In the news, they only attack Trump, saying that if H-1B visas are canceled or made more difficult in order to make Trump look bad in the eyes of the public, talented people will be lost. In recent news, some of the world’s leading hospitals complained: “We are losing good doctors because of the $100K H-1B payment; how will we hire them?”
1 — You are a hospital, not a business; you are responsible for affording the most expensive doctors and equipment.
2 — Even the smallest hospital visit results in extremely high charges from patients and insurance, they make billions of dollars — and yet they claim they cannot pay an extra 100K for a good doctor on top of the doctor’s salary?
3 — Hospitals even sell the donations they receive. During my wife’s childbirth, they asked us to donate the placenta. We asked the nurse: “If we donate it, will it help another patient get free treatment?” The nurse replied: “No, our hospital will sell it to patients who need it.”
So hospitals and insurance companies are businesses working hand-in-hand. They don’t care about humans or patients at all. But somehow they claim they would collapse if they pay an extra $100K for a doctor who brings them so much profit. 😂😂
IT companies are ungrateful; there are already very intelligent people raised in America. IT companies and recruiters hire domestic workers for $40–50 per hour while billing the companies $80–100 per hour. These recruiter companies should be investigated; they chase cheap labor and therefore the market wages stay low. And most of them are Indian; they have built their own networks. If one company offers $40, another company doesn’t offer $50 — they all agree around $40 and don’t go much higher!!!
Companies like Uber and Lyft take more than 50% of the earnings for themselves. They transfer insurance and other costs to the workers. I called a taxi once, it cost about $40 total, and I found out the driver only got $18 — I felt really bad. After that, I started driving for Uber. For 3–4 dollars, they want you to drive from one place to another and pick up a passenger. This is completely because of excessive immigration. When Uber or Lyft receives a ride request, they send it to nearby drivers at the lowest price, and a newly arrived immigrant accepts instantly because “they need money.” If nobody accepts, the same ride is redistributed at a higher price. Uber used to require facial verification a few times a day — now they don’t ask at all. Most accounts working for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash etc. are fake, rented, or opened through fraudulent methods. Illegal workers accept even the smallest payments, so other drivers cannot make good money like they did 3–5 years ago.
For this reason, in order to protect higher-paying jobs in America, visas must be made more difficult and people must be strictly controlled.

Fact is Indian community is known for scams and now that Chennai consulate is being investigated for excessive fake H1B visas will result in cancellations of many visa holders.
I wouldn’t be surprised if many who obtained visas with fake paperwork receive letters of cancellation soon and followed by ICE agents knock on the door.
Bring down the American superiority, acquired by immigrants, show them their place.
This is exactly how the H1B visa system is meant to work. Then those hired experts will train Americans and leave after 3 years. Indian cheap labour will not be recruited as seen by the Indian companies recruitment. Indians should stay at home in India and MIGA.

Also, fuck those Indian companies to hell. These have given bad names to all of Indians working in the US. They are the ones responsible for all the abuse. Narayan Murthy’s company is nothing but body shop and modern day human trafficking company. They don’t even pay livable wages to their people. Ban them in US.
