My C1 d visa refused and I got 221g white form. They ask me to submit one certificate. Now please tell me how much time they can take in processing after document submit.

1st application…
Counselor:- why you want to go to the USA.
Me :- I got a better opportunity to work with my USA company that's why I want to join them in the USA.
Counselor:- where are you working now?
Me :- I'm working for an XYZ company
Counselor :- What's the name ?
Me :- XYZ company
Counselor:- But it's showing some ABC company..
Me:- No Sir its the same XYZ company
Counselor:- Who filled your form ?
Me :- it's the cunsaltancy who filled that.
Counselor :- Ok did you check your application before submitting it ..?
Me :- Yes I did but not completely..
Counselor :- Ok .. then he typed something on the computer and later said sorry this time you didn't clear .. and did not gave me any form like 214 or any thing else ..
2nd application ..
Counselor:- what's your name.
Me :- I gave my full name to the counselor.
She said I can see you filled your application before what happened to that ?
Me :- I got rejected for that.
Counselor:- why what happened?
Me :- My form was filled incorrectly
Counselor:- Is this impacted to your personal life ?
Me :- I said as all is fine everything is ok.
Counselor :- again asked the same question …
Me :- Again replied same all is fine and ok.
Counselor :- You are rejected for this time .. and handover me the 214 Form…
3rd application …
Counselor :- what type of ship are you going to?
Me :- it's a cruise ship.
Counselor :- so you born in Oman why ?
Me:- My father was a professor in Dubai and my mother use to go there quite often during the holidays.
Counselor:- I can see you were rejected in the month of July then September and today October again u r applying. Has any thing changed ?
Me :- Yes I was going through with financial difficulties because I applied this for the 3rd time and emotionally I was broken as I was working very hard since very long. But I'm again hear to prove my self that I'm completely fit and well prepared.
Counselor :- Ok so this time you did not cleared under the form 214 form ..
Me :- is there any specific reason ?
Counselor:- it's completely confidential. And we can't give any information.
Me :- I have invested 555 dollars so far and it's a big money. Can you please help me to understand the reason for my rejection with any hint or clue ?
Counselor :- As said it's highly confidential we can't give any information for this.
Me :- I respect your information however is there any website, link or portal where I can log in and check my rejection reason.
Counselor:- I can't but I have updated the same reason as what it was there before. And I won't be able to share anything as it's confidential.
I'm so so confused and feeling helpless now … I invested 555 dollars which is a big big amount for me … 2nd time I thought I should not show that Im in a bad patch because of the rejection … But got denial … 3rd attempt said I was in bad patch then again got denial … What should I answer to them .. it's so so frustrating and disturbing for me …😞😞😞
