In the last ten years, nearly 3 million Indians went to USA to study. They have spent nearly $150 Billions. Stringent visa rules will only lead to Indians going to some other country to study. Along with them goes the billions of dollars. US universities will then be left with no other option but to increase tuition fees for American students.
