  1. What if you are married, have applied for a CR-1, and are trying to get a B2 to visit your spouse while you wait for the CR-1 interview? How to answer the questions then? This is my partner’s and my situation.

  2. Hello I just watched your videos. I’ve been applying for a tourist visa to assist my husband for his upcoming surgery. Is there a possibility I’ll get approved or denied?

  3. I am a US Citizen and a 100% disabled combat Veteran. My wife applied for B-2 visa to visit my family and two new grandchildren with me. We do not want to live in the USA as we just completed construction on our new home in Eastern Thailand. In addition, my wife and her sister own a farm where they raise rice, onions, garlic, and chili peppers. My wife took all the documents of proof in a clear binder. The Officer did not even glance at her documents of home and farm ownership, bank documents, or photos of such. She just handed her a paper that said denied, reason 214(b). It was unfair and unjust to take our $185 spent in good faith without an appeal. Had the Officer bothered to just glance at her well prepared documents she would have seen we had every intention of returning. I did send an email to the US Embassy, Bangkok, but I got a return that said just apply again. So, I consulted a Visa lawyer for help doing that. He said, I can take your money and you can pay another $185 for the application but your wife will receive the same denial. Moreover, he said the US Embassy has no intentions of approving the wife if a US Citizen because regardless of any evidences to the contrary, they assume she will not return. To me, that is discrimination not only of me but my wife as well. It is also fraud, as the Embassy on their web page tells you the documents to bring with you to show evidences of strong ties to your home country when in fact they have no intention of even looking at them. It then is to me, a scam to give the impression of if you bring the documents you will acquire the B-2 you paid $185 to get. It makes me wonder how many honest unsuspecting victims actually pay again and again expecting a different outcome.

  4. What if I was brought to the U.S illegally as a kid but I voluntarily went back to my home country can I still apply for a visa? I was brought at the age of 9 and I left at 28. I have no plans of staying in the U.S as that's the reason I went back to my country. I just want to visit my family and visit a couple national parks

  8. In the DS 160 form for B1 / B2 visa there is a question regarding the amount of income and there is also an answer option "does not apply". Can I choose the "does not apply" option, even though I have completed all the data regarding my employment data? Because I feel the amount of income is very personal data. Please advise
