Can an interviewee have a translator if he/she doesn't speak English?
Hello I just watched your videos. I’ve been applying for a tourist visa to assist my husband for his upcoming surgery. Is there a possibility I’ll get approved or denied?
is it compulsory to book return flight tkt before interview. And do i need to tell them about EDV visa also(as i applied EDV visa before twice).
Praise be to God I got my visa today. I was asked around 6 to 7 questions and the Lord favored me. 🙏
If my god says yes no one can says no Amen.
I am a US Citizen and a 100% disabled combat Veteran. My wife applied for B-2 visa to visit my family and two new grandchildren with me. We do not want to live in the USA as we just completed construction on our new home in Eastern Thailand. In addition, my wife and her sister own a farm where they raise rice, onions, garlic, and chili peppers. My wife took all the documents of proof in a clear binder. The Officer did not even glance at her documents of home and farm ownership, bank documents, or photos of such. She just handed her a paper that said denied, reason 214(b). It was unfair and unjust to take our $185 spent in good faith without an appeal. Had the Officer bothered to just glance at her well prepared documents she would have seen we had every intention of returning. I did send an email to the US Embassy, Bangkok, but I got a return that said just apply again. So, I consulted a Visa lawyer for help doing that. He said, I can take your money and you can pay another $185 for the application but your wife will receive the same denial. Moreover, he said the US Embassy has no intentions of approving the wife if a US Citizen because regardless of any evidences to the contrary, they assume she will not return. To me, that is discrimination not only of me but my wife as well. It is also fraud, as the Embassy on their web page tells you the documents to bring with you to show evidences of strong ties to your home country when in fact they have no intention of even looking at them. It then is to me, a scam to give the impression of if you bring the documents you will acquire the B-2 you paid $185 to get. It makes me wonder how many honest unsuspecting victims actually pay again and again expecting a different outcome.
I have a valid visa but my passport expired and l want it to be transferred to the new passport how do I go about it
Please can u help me get an invitation letter for a conference in USA?
dear lawyer
I have a question, can I accompany my wife to the interview at the embassy, she doesn't speak English very well and I would act as an interpreter?
Thank you
Matteo
What if I was brought to the U.S illegally as a kid but I voluntarily went back to my home country can I still apply for a visa? I was brought at the age of 9 and I left at 28. I have no plans of staying in the U.S as that's the reason I went back to my country. I just want to visit my family and visit a couple national parks
did anyone mention to you that you're beautiful 😍🥰🥰🥰
Do i really need to book a ticket ? What if i got denied ? 🤔
Thank you
Bottom line: Cross the border: No question asked. They will give you monthly stipend, a place to a luxury hotel, no business taxes for next 7 years, driver license, and right to vote. All you have to do is one thing: Vote Democrats!
Watching before my interview , will update tomorrow ( edit)
I got denied , I guess it makes sense , I am a student and not married who wants to visit a friend. I really was just gonna visit and come back. Hope that helps anyone
Thank you so much! and I rly got lost in your Eyes!

Can you book a hotel for 3 days and show the hotel booking documents indicating 3 days yet you've just told them that you'll be staying in USA for 3 weeks?? Will they accept that????????
Iam having interview Monday but I have no return ticket . Iam planning to go US for my brothers graduation . Can you please tell me what I have to convey him if they ask me about return ticket ..
If God says it's your time to travel 🙏 your visa will be approved without even asking you so many questions God is great
That is not logical. Why would you waste money on a ticket before you get your visa approved? Who has that kind of money to risk.
May I ask, if both my partner and I are travelling together will it be possible to be booked on the same day for the interview since one should be there wen the other is being interviewed.
Thank you for all the tips and guidance, it really worked, my Visa was approved yesterday. ❤
Just chanced on this video and I must say it is insightful.
I would like to know if Marital Status has any bearing on the Approval or Denial of a visa.
Thank you.
So cute 🥰
But how can I book for tickets when I’m not sure I’m getting the visa first? 😢
I had my interview today in Mumbai, India. The lady officer just asked me for my passport and three questions later my visa was approved. No other documents asked. ❤
In the DS 160 form for B1 / B2 visa there is a question regarding the amount of income and there is also an answer option "does not apply". Can I choose the "does not apply" option, even though I have completed all the data regarding my employment data? Because I feel the amount of income is very personal data. Please advise
People in the comments section are making it look like a huge accomplishment or like they have had an authorization to go to heaven ! 😂
Thanks
