  1. Love this video! If I have to consciously design my life, one of the most important things for me will be getting back on track when things don’t work out. So, your suggestion on keeping note of intuitions, weekly reflections will be a key aspect of my actions.

  4. So this video was 5 years ago!
It was just recommended to me, and I'm the exact starting position of designing a life.
I feel that I am in your position when you were at 25.

The one thing that I need to change is to shift from not using my mind and just going forward purposelessly, to intentionally use my time and my mind for what is important for me, which is interest in my life, and what is important for me.

_In 3years where do you want to go?
2 Break them dơn into hanits :3habits/1goal
    3 The following things:
Keep a small notebook to keep intuitive things that come to your mind daily

  6. These things don't work for everyone. Can't do any of these practices where tracking my own behaviors become a full-time job, and the majority of effort goes into documenting and analyzing my doing, rather than actually doing the doing.

  9. 🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:

00:00 Designing your life involves three key elements: vision, habits, and follow-through.
01:55 Create a vision by regularly updating a journal with the life you want to build, breaking down goals into yearly, daily, and weekly plans.
05:50 Translate goals into daily habits; track them using a weekly scorecard and report progress in a regular mastermind session.
08:39 Follow-through is crucial for success; maintain a daily journal page, conduct weekly reflections, and track habits. Additionally, pay attention to intuitive impressions for potential pivots in your life.

  10. To answer your question: The very first thing I need to do is graduate school (which is the first thing that entered my mind – with a vengeance)… I've wanted to for 4 years but had fear and doubts… now I'm enrolled and fully devoted to follow through even if i get backlash from the people closest to me (which interfered with my previous attempts at bravery)… I think the biggest obstacle to getting to this point has been the other areas of my life that it could potentially negatively effect in the short term, but this exercise is helping me to visualize how it will positively effect every area of my life in the long term. There is more anxiety – i'd argue – for women, whom are worried about family planning and balancing desires to travel and have a thriving career and social life.
