That was a good start, but what I have found is that MOST if not all the patterns I have used in the past couple of years is the patterns don't tell you how much stretch is required. Patterns usually just say fabric with stretch required. I have ruined more garments with not enough stretch. Patterns need to start telling just how much stretch is needed.
what would you say is a good stretch % for fitness fabrics (like for leggings)? thanks!
