  1. Is about focus. We cannot control everything. But we can focus on what we can control, in the present, right now. I think learning to do this despite emotion is key. Typically fear is an out of order desire to control the opposition or control everything because we believe we are a victim of becoming a victim to something. In reality, we only become a victim when we let go of all control.
Instead, control what your CAN control in the moment and dominate at it.

  3. This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my YouTube channel 2 months ago about self development. Now I have 144 subs and almost 75 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

  4. FEAR is our body's self-defence mechanism gifted by mother nature

It is to inform us that something is DANGEROUS or life-threatening to our SURVIVAL

SELF-PROTECTION from death is the nature of Fear

In stone age times, Fear was helpful from getting killed by bloody-thristy animals

Once you STOP PROTECTING YOURSELF and get ready to face Death or Threats, you BECOME FEARLESS

Lack of Knowledge and Dependency on others are the ROOT-CAUSE of Fear

  6. “Im drowning here….and you’re describing the water!” Melvin Udall from As Good As It Gets. I appreciate these videos but it seems that Sadhguru repeats and repeats the problem without identifying clear solutions. So— for example— when your mind is stuck on an imaginary fear— how do you get it unstuck? HOW to precisely control or train your mind so that it works for you. I get it— we don’t know how to control these things— so some practical tips would be most helpful. 👍
