Typically fear is an out of order desire to control the opposition or control everything because we believe we are a victim of becoming a victim to something. In reality, we only become a victim when we let go of all control. Instead, control what your CAN control in the moment and dominate at it.

So— for example— when your mind is stuck on an imaginary fear— how do you get it unstuck? HOW to precisely control or train your mind so that it works for you. I get it— we don’t know how to control these things— so some practical tips would be most helpful. 👍
