  1. Born in Brazil (chargeability Brazil) with Italian dual citizenship. Brazil paused, Italy not. Can I use the Italian passport at the consular interview to get the visa issued for an EB3 OW immigrant visa? Thanks.

  2. People need to stop giving these immigration attorneys their money. Immigration court rooms are going ro be filled with judges that honor the United States Constitutional laws. These judges are military attorneys and the Supreme Court will also be filled with Justices that honor Americas immigration laws. So stop giving these lawyers your money. As you can see that at the end she's asking people to contact her for a consultation which by the way they are not always free and theyre usually for only 30 minutes so even before you retain them, theyve already in your pocket.

  3. I filed for a marriage in Thailand to a national for Feb9. I have had this all arranged and we need to file for the immigration visa, but she can no longer use her tourist visa or get the marriage visa. Soooo… she's stopped from coming until it's lifted. What will it take for me to sue them if this takes longer than the process?
