How will they check that i am eligible, do i have to only invest 2 million aed and ater that i will get the golden visa.
Plus what will be the renewal cost and will they again test me whether i am eligible for the golden visa even if the amount invested is above 2 million aed.

You mean that the down payment no longer has to be 1 million on a house worth 2 million? To get the golden visa?
