  1. Ghanaian leaders find it difficult to speak truth. Truth is that, Ghana had no business in his arrest. Just say that. If for some reason, ICE lets him go and he is able to stay in the U.S., what will you say then.

  2. My simply question is that if he thinks that he doesn't do anything wrong why does he not want to come back into the country, when he was managing Ghanaian cedis he was well fit and not sick but now that he has to come for accountability to the Ghanaians he is sick and needs medical attention wow 99 percent of his claims are lies bastard criminals all of them

  3. With all these back and forth talking and defence, there is one thing that won’t go away. The disgrace and mistrust created by Ken Ofori Atta to his family which has within it, prominent lawyers in Ghana is very enormous. Just observe how quiet Gabby and the likes are in our political space. Serious damage caused to the Danquah, Ofor Atta Kyebi politics. The NDC should not let this slide because this can add another 4 years of opposition life to the NPP aside of the guaranteed 8 years. This guys need to be in opposition for 20 years.

He need to read, research and have proper facts and evidence when informing the public. The incompetent displayed is a shame to his personality

  5. This AG is very incompetent…He lacks facts and exposing his ignorance on national media…You think the United states revoked his visa cos of your bogus case against him? Why dont you chanel your energy to bring the thief Sedinam Tamakloe who is also in the U.S and has been jailed in absentia…With her, you dont have to produce a lot of documents cos he has already been jailed by a court of Law…NDC nkwasiafuo party

  6. But you were ready to meet this guy on the extradition. You confirmed you were going to win the extradition case when you knew at your instance his visa had been revoked way back in June last year.

  7. Guys, AG is trying its best to connect itself to Ken's arrest.
See, if AG had the knowledge of Ken's visa revocation since June, do you think we would have been able to sleep from June to December without them making noise all over ghana for political points?
Clearly, they have no clue of Ken's arrest!!!

  8. AG our man from the AG department should be broad minded and read than he is showing now.
Because in USA you can be in detention for civil offences , especially if it is to do with immigration.

  9. This person should calm down and talk without prejudice.

Immigration issues ( overstay ) is civil not criminal in the US , at least ordinarily.

The only time it plunges into the territory of criminal offence is when it is repeated and or notoriously long stayed.
And even that still does not automatically make it criminal.
