  • Hello , I applied for the K1 visa and I'm having my interview soon , there's some factors bothering me as I have a brother undocumented in the USA Boston and he just recently got married there with an American woman.

My question is would that impact my application? Is it going to create a problem to me???

Ps: my younger brother also applied for student visa he got approved but then he received an email asking about my brothers who lives in the USA information as his case number his passport his name his pictures, his address, but since he didn't show those documents he got denied shortly after.

Does anyone have any information that might help my case ? My relationship with my fiance is all clean and genuine but would my brother's case will affect my visa ???????

    Please help!!!!

  • does anyone have their f-1 approved while a sibling PR/U>S> citizen? I am a u.s. citizen and my sister got denial twice because of me while I was PR 3 years ago. Now she got admissions to a very good Schoo for masters and I am very scared she will get rejected again. It feels so bad to be a hindrance to your loved one's success and career.

  • I am in US on H1B. I am an only child and don't have any siblings. But my parents have strong ties to the home country with their jobs and extended family. I want my parents to come and visit me. If they clearly communicate about their ties to the visa officer are they still gonna lean towards denying their visa because their only child is in the US? Also, if I am sponsoring their trip financially, is that a red flag?
