To say that the job losses are "happening everywhere" is pretty rich. USA job numbers last month did have a loss of 92000, as where Canada was 86000. This is NOT apples to apples, take a look at overall country population before making such a claim… We have an issue in Canada, lets stop dancing around the truth.
