Thank you for this detailed illustration. Pls boss, my parent's visa portal for B1/B2 is currently saying "Pending Appointment Request" instead of "Create New Application" on the AVITS website. They had a previous denial when the US Travel Doc portal was active. No MRV fees was paid after their denial, and I have raised a few tickets on AVITS, and there is no help yet.
Please do you have any ideas on how I can potentially resolve this issue so I can book an appointment for them. Thank you.

Hello @VisaTalksWithKay I paid for the members of my family with GTbank. Do I need to add them under my profile as applicants and pick appointment dates for each of them before I proceed to this step you just shared with us here or do I have to create a separate profile for everyone. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
I tried booking from all applicant and it did not work out as you said. It only picked the last applicant details that I entered. How do I fix this issue.
