Hi thank you for the video. How to answer the question of whether or not a US visa has been granted in the past? Before becoming a Canadian citizen, I had a passport from another country requiring a US visa. However, I no longer have this passport and I have held a Canadian passport for 18 years and for which I do not need a visa. Should I answer this question based on my Canadian passport information? or should I mention having had a US visa in the past as a citizen of my previous country of nationality? THANK YOU

Hi! Ours is F3 category and we were scheduled to appear for immigration interview by NVC at Mumbai consulate in may '23(applied by mother for married son, his wife and children). My husband – Main applicant appeared for the interview and got the visa. However I and children could not appear for the interview due to unavoidable cercumstances. Now we are trying to schedule an appointment but can see only OFC appointment but no consulate interview appointment option to schedule. The main applicant already reached USA and has got the green card now. I called and mailed at the consulate numerous times but no help. Pls suggest what to do

On 25-04-2023 I Submitted all my document to CEAC ( Below of Affidavit of support & Civil Documents Shows Submitted and I also received Ds-260 Confirm Email Shows Completed ) how much time nvc take to review my case and currently at nvc my status is action required: submit requested documents.
sir, in i130 petition(brother-sister) it's say 79.5 months waiting time in California NVC center, but current processing time 2012year is currently going on. this equal to more then 150months … sir it's very confusing. what is true?
