Hello . I have a story to tell if i may .I used to live with my wife and our little kids like 14 years ago. Unfortunately I had to leave the country then due to some clashes and fights with my wife. My wife called the police on me more than 3 times and that led to having bad records unfortunately. My wife and I have 2 girls together. The main reasons that led my wife to call the police on me were that she wasn't mentally stable / kinda bipolar and depression. In addition to that she was so suspicious and jealous.
My wife apologized to me numerous times verbally and via messages and admitted that all of what happened was her fault and that I didn't do anything that could push her to call the police on me.
After I had left the country my wife apologized and cried and begged me to forgive her . I decided to give her another chance and to make things up with her .She filed the I-130 petition for me in 2014 and was approved in 2015 and transferred to the embassy in Jordan for the visa interview. Unfortunately the visa got denied due to my records and the officer gave me a letter requesting my wife to file a waver for me . Unfortunately my wife hasn't filed the waiver due to financial difficulties and because she wanted to move to our country numerous times but she kept changing her mind. I even reserved the tickets for my family but unfortunately she kept changing her mind.
Our daughters are both have health issues too . One of then is AD and the other one we found out this year that she is thalasimic.
Our daughter also gone through a big fight in the school last year with some school colleagues and my wife took them to the court.
Now , I have applied for a B1B2 visitor visa and my interview is going to be 10 days from now.
Dear ma'am I apologize for the long message. I need your advice on the coming up interview, what to say and to provide the officer with and what not to talk about ?
What do you think the outcome might be on the visa interview day ?
Thank you so much in advance
I'm going to attend a seminar and Christmas Party in the company based in US that I'm working on. Are these red flags?
I’ve realized I didn’t fill my previous visa number while was completing my DS160, is there a problem?
Great tips!! Thanks a bunch.
The Argo team advise visa applicants to be an active interviewee. Provide as much information as possible irrespective of whatever question you're asked. On the contrary, she's saying that you answer only what you're being asked and not give any further information. Which is which, I'm confused?
Thank you,how about an eye contact to the immigration officer,Is it important? Thanks
Thank you beautiful Ma'am for the tips and they're really helpful while getting all the relevant Q&A that I might be encountering in my future consular interview ..❤
I dont know much in english im afraid
A country where the women are slaves to the government and need permission to leave. You guys need a revolution and another one to get a livable minimum wage. AND the UN does nothing to helps as always. They are worthless
What about you visitng your sponsor family ? Does it concern the consulate officer ?
My Interview is next week
Will come back with a testimony that my Visa has been approved.😊
Thank you. One year from now I will be coming back in here and will comment that my US Visa is approved. Good luck and God bless!
Can i tell the officer that iam going on a Cruise then back home?
Thank u
Very helpful
But not everyone want to be illegal
Having house to stay will not give u legal rights and also fir ppl that are in university in their own country
It doesn’t make sense to drop from uni and be illegal
Thank you. The information is very useful.
thanks a lot of your videos, my US visa was approved today, it is helpful to every applicant wanting to apply non-immigrant US visa……..
I thought as much. I just learnt something very important from this video. Coming to help babysit is indeed a red flag and a reason to deny a tourist visa.
Thank you so much I will definitely bring back a testimony after my interview
Can an interviewee allows to have a translator if he/she doesn't know English?
Thank you so nice information.
Hello I have been inegible for my non-immigrant Visa, student Visa. Could you coach me please ?🙏
May I ask, If the reason is for honeymoon will they approve our visa? my grandparents is in the US and we intend to visit them as well will. Is it a red flag or no?
May I ask, if the reason is for Honeymoon will both of me and my husband approve our visa?
When will i have a confirmation for my visa ?
If visa is rejected, when I can apply for a B2 visa for the next time for my father in law ? Should there be 6 months gap in between ?
Excellent info on typical questions.
However, one has to be careful with the documents. Putting a pile of evidence in front of the consul may be detrimental. Don't show them unless asked. From my friends' and family experience, demanding that the consul reads the documents can only increase the chance of denial. They don't trust any papers and may become suspicious.
Preparing answers to the typical questions is the most critical part! Be sure to rehearse, to do mock interviews with some friends. Have the documents for the unlikely case you'll be asked to show them.
Gujarati video moklo B1/B2
Hello Maam, is it okay my American boyfriend will come with me, (he is Retired US army, working under US company now,)during my interview? I am travelling with him to introduced me to his Mom in a Living Facility whom have alzheimers and his family also, for only 2 weeks vacation. Since I am working in a hsopital and couldnt leave for along vacation, they only granted me two weeks.
My wife actually have the invitation letter . The consulate they don’t even bother to look at it . Other video you said the consulate don’t have time to look at , because they do many to interview. My wife also have bank statements, they don’t look either. The consulate not allowed the interview ask questions. After the interview, they give her apiece of paper saying in both languages . It said she didn’t demonstrate go back to VN after visit the US . I wonder what kind of questions that they asked her . Do you think something to do with language barrier? I’m sure that the consulate didn’t understand what the Vietnamese people say or the Vietnamese people don’t understand what consulate ask them a questions
You are discussing too many scenarios within scenarios. Rather make a more simplified version, ie, going to US to visit Disneyland then follow the next series of questions following that answer, then once done, switch to second scenario.
Very helpful 😊
