Remember that one single student visa or TFW or PR or even asylum visa or one tourist visa from asian countries (like india, pakistan, sri lanka, bangla desh, china etc) eventually TURNS in to their spousal visa + their children visa + family visa + parent/super parents visa + parents-in-law visas + super grand parents-in-law visa! All these people never leave canada and, keep collecting all free OHIP, FREE OAS and FREE GIS benefits from canada, which $$$$ are eventually transferred to their home country because of $$ conversion rate.

Most of these ppl are fraudulent and misuse/abuse our Canada's generous system and, above-noted free govt benefits.
In well advanced, cash-rich and almost crime free countri3s ike UAE – Million and millions immigrants go there but, only on limited time STRICT work permits. They do NOT get any type of FREE govt benefits (including no free medical or no free food and no social benefits etc) and, they even do not get UAE citizendhip coz, it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to get UAE citisenship even after 30 years of work permit. However, STILL millions and millions of immigrant go UAE countries to work, earn and GO BACK to their home countries. And, yes, there is no parent/super parents visa – to misuse.

Ask yourself this: How is the canadian education system able to absorb so many international students. Look at the number of students that are enrolled over the past decade or so. It becomes apparent that there is money to be made and scammers got in on the act. The students are desperate enough that they are willing to bend a few rules.
