Best video for the L1B visa I literally got mine today in the UK there were 4 stages and when it to the consular officer it was relatively quick all the paperwork my lawyers prepped they didn't even take a glance at just a few questions he was friendly (maybe I was lucky) and that was my visa approved. Just a quick question I would already like to extend this 3 year visa to a 5 what's the process with that should I start it straight away or settle into my new job first?

I used worked in my present company for 32 months in my home country until 2022 August, after that, i moved to the USA to pursue a master's degree, during my master i have did an Intern in the company from June 2023 to August 2023, I have graduated in the 2023 December. In January 2024 again rejoined back in the same team in my previous company on.
Now after being back for 6 months, I want to know, I am still eligible to apply for an L-1B visa.
