  • I just found out verizon credit card bs.for what ever reason I didn't receive my paper bill I pay extra for.so when I got the message saying it was due yesterday I paid it in full like I always do.after calling them to see if I could get the late charge waved as I've never been late before and always paid it in full.i was reviewing the bills and noticed I'm paying interest. They say the penalty is I'm gonna keep paying interest for 2 months as a penalty even though it was paid in full.they are charging the interest on current charges before the statement is due or even printed.

  • "All certifiicates" are bonds. ALL CERTIFICATES ARE BONDS, let me repeat that… ALL CERTIFICATES ARE BONDS. Their words not mine. So… i own a "certificate of title" for my car, and a "birth certificate", HOW MANY CERTIFICATES DO YOU OWN? IF ALL CERTIFICATES ARE BONDS … BONDS ARE TRADEABLE, SO POSIT THEM, do not DE posite them or you give up ownership!,

  • there is no law that says you have to "pay back" your "loan" (yeah right) with "Federal Reserve notes" yall just dont read the UCC or how money works or how to reclaim your securities….so many assumptions, so little knowledge, honestly its embarassing that yall aren't even looking for answers that go beyond your gravely made assumptions

  • Do you even factcheck your own evidence??

You state that only 30% of viewers are subscribed when in fact your screenshot shows almost 35%. Also the map of the U.S. with default percentages, you claim that the vast majority are over 20-25%. Map shows most are less than 20%.

  • Does capitalism require competition?
Competition is the other vital attribute of a capitalist system. Private businesses compete to provide consumers with goods and services that are better, faster, and cheaper.

  • Their ideas revolve around several principles, one of which is that capitalism without competition is not the essence of capitalism, but when operating correctly the market results in the diffusion of economic power and political freedom.

  • What is one major cause of the 2008 housing crisis?
Two proximate causes were the rise in subprime lending and the increase in housing speculation. Investors, even those with "prime", or low-risk, credit ratings, were much more likely to default than non-investors when prices fell. The subprime mortgage crisis was triggered by risky lending practices. When interest rates froze and the housing bubble began to collapse, borrowers couldn't afford their payments. As massive foreclosures ensued, the fallout spread to the global financial. 😂this guy

  • You used the word usary that refers to borrowing money for a certain term and interest rate.
It is an evil practice of enslavement by banksters and their associated oligarchy friends. Printing fiat money, employing fractional banking, systematic world wide greed by the elites, unlimited corporate borrowing at preferred low rates while receiving subsidies from governments etc…..

  • it's not stupidity! it's on purpose! it's communism! it's the democrat 🙄 ALL democracies evolve into poverty stricken corrupt dictatorships! a proven recorded historical fact! America never was and is not now a democracy! America is a Constitutional Republic! read "The Communist Manifesto" by Karl Marx, the creator of communism! a 36 page book, he describes the creation of a democracy and evolving it to socialism, marxism, and communism! they are all one and the same! communism! when you support democracy your supporting communism! communism is complete government control over citizens and society! the exact opposite of the rights of the individual protected by the Constitution of the United States, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence! (CBRDI 🦅), it's CBRDI🦅 that controls Americas government to protect Americans from the American government! America never was and is not now a democracy! America is a Constitutional Republic! fact!

  • It's so delusional for a person to come to you to fix their credit when they don't have the funds to pay off or pay on it. For those who are not so call middle class can not pay on their credit card. For some of us we only can pay on the mortgage that's it. Its us folks that are not so call middle class that get nothing, that struggle to get by no matter if we have a degree. So it's the same old line that helps the middle class and rich and take from the poor✌🏽❤️

  • I love a perpetually income ! The credit card industry has created one for their exclusive boards and Blackstone is attempting to do the same ! So be wise now ! and invest in these companies, and corporations so you can be apart of this legal Ponzi Scheme !!!

  • I got approved by Chase! I reported an income of $1,000 a month. They offered me a $8,000 credit limit at 0% a month for six months. They offered me $5 to put the app into my browser so they could help me save and follow wherever my fingers lead us. After 0%, the rate will rise to possibly 18.9%. Six months have passed, and I haven't used my card or added their app to my browser; however, the interest rate offered now is 32.9%.
Another example of his not understanding the reality of ordinary people is claiming people are overpaying at 22%, which is true, but nobody's getting that low rate except people like him.
On the flip side, my credit union offers me 1500.00 credit at 10.9% interest, and I've got them to double that with a phone call; the one time I needed a boost, $3,000 credit was applied to my account at 10.9% interest, which I paid off as fast as I could, making me eligible for additional credit if I need it without cutting my head off, interest rates at 33%.
How does one live on $1,000 a month, and how can a credit card company expect somebody on such a small income to repay an $8,000 credit card debt at a 33% interest rate?
I know I can't afford it so I have never used it, however now I can rent a car. It doesn't matter how much money you have in cash; they will not rent a vehicle out unless you have a credit card. Now I don't need to rent a car. Too little, too late, and too much. I do not deserve $8,000 worth of credit and the agony of paying back 33 percent interest, even though they claim I am the most eligible and worthy.

  • Credit card companies are not basing rates on risk. While I primarily use credit only when I can get 0% interest, older cards on my account have increased their rates without reason. The days of having a 3.99% $100,000 limit credit card are behind me. While I still have one credit card at 9.99% and another at 11.99%, the majority have increased to the range of 19.99% to 29.99% and I will never use them except possibly for purchases I want their insurance to cover and which I will pay off within 30 days.

I'm generally against price controls, but any company that borrows money from a bank that borrows money from the federal reserve banking system should have limits placed on the profit rates and/or consumer lending rates. Profits should be capped at 3% and lending rates should start at 3%, with 1% increases when the borrower is late on payments, increasing until a reasonable rate established by Congress is reached.

  • All my cards have fallen delinquent due to unemployment. I think the late fees are halted (hope so…) I'd definitely appreciate the credit card fees being $8. $32+ doesn't help consumers who are trying to escape debt. So yeah an update in the credit system is needed! 25% APR is diabolical. Credit card companies may not survive in this economy especially if people are not given the opportunity to pay it off

  • Nancy Pelosi sold all Visa stock just before this lawsuit was filed. is Merrick Garland going to investigate that? Of course not but he will go arrest a grandma for her pro life beliefs.

  • None of what you are saying makes any sense. VISA receives 2,7% transaction fees in every single purchase made using their debit or credit cards. They are far from losing any money.

Nearly 30% interstate rates is predatory. People already need a clean credit history to get approved for a credit card. This is already a thing. Trump said TEMPORARILY lower the interest rates in CC debt which should have already been done before the alleged pandemic. There should also be a distinction made between irresponsible consumers verses people that were ill, incapacitated or experienced unusual hardship. There is a big difference between the two.

You are on the wrong side of this…
