Most burger places here in Ireland won't cook med-rare because it's not officially allowed accord to food standards for ground beef, but if it's a cut of beef like a ribeye or fillet you can have it raw (steak tartare) if you want. Tartare is considered difference because it's knife cut and served to order, not ground in a machine. I agree about bunsen, its really good. I prefer El Grito to Masa. Masa is owned and operated by Irish people, El Grito is Mexican owned and operated, and about half the price.
