– عند سماعك قولاً مؤذياً أو جارحا" من :
زوج أوزوجة أو أخ أو أخت أو أب أو أم أو قريب أو بعيد…
يقع بالقلب ألم …و يحدث في النفس خدوش💔
فإذا سكت عنها وتجاوزت سمي هذا الحلم والعفو…. …
ولكن :
كيف تتجنب هذا الألم…؟
والأهم كيف تحافظ على القلب من أذى تلك الكلمات الجارحة ، لكي لا تصيبك أمراض مثل :
الكراهية ، الغل ، الحسد أو مرض جسدي أو عصبي الخ…؟؟
يشير القرآن الكريم في ثلاثة مواضع إلى هذه الوقاية
التي نبحث عنها :
● قال الله عز وجل في نهاية سورة الحجر :
﴿وَلَقَد نَعلَمُ أَنَّكَ يَضيقُ صَدرُكَ بِما يَقولونَ* فَسَبِّح بِحَمدِ رَبِّكَ وَكُن مِنَ السّاجِدينَ﴾
● و في أواخر سورة طه :
﴿فَاصبِر عَلى ما يَقولونَ وَسَبِّح بِحَمدِ رَبِّكَ قَبلَ طُلوعِ الشَّمسِ وَقَبلَ غُروبِها وَمِن آناءِ اللَّيلِ فَسَبِّح وَأَطرافَ النَّهارِ لَعَلَّكَ تَرضى﴾
● و في أواخر سورة ق :
﴿فَاصبِر عَلى ما يَقولونَ وَسَبِّح بِحَمدِ رَبِّكَ قَبلَ طُلوعِ الشَّمسِ وَقَبلَ الغُروبِ﴾
فلك أن تلاحظ الأمر بالتسبيح بعد كلمة
( يقولون ) فوراً…أي عند سماع الكلام المؤذي…
* فسلامة القلب أمر مهم … وكأن ( التسبيح )
يقي القلب من أي أذى يسببه الكلام الجارح وليس وقاية فحسب، بل يورثك رضا تشعر به يستقر في قلبك ♥️
