I am a green card holder , I wasn't able to rebut presumption of continued residency so I have started count from the zero and the USCIS say if that scenario above have happened, the applican should count 4 years and 6 months then apply instead of applying after 4 yrs and 6 months .
So if I count from October 2020 am I able to apply on April 2025
