Hi! Yesterday I got a rejection for the USA F1 student visa from Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The visa officer asked me who my sponsor was. So, I said my sponsor was my family, mainly my parents and my brother. I said my parents do these jobs and earn this amount of money. And my brother do this job in South Korea and earn this much. As a visa interviewer I think it was you accomodation. Mainly you have to say you are going to stay on campus. This thing seems small but it can be main reason for your rejection. So never mention you will gonna stay with someone off campus.
If to save travel expense sounds so cheap if he is saving travel expense implies that how can he afford to pay thousands of US dollars the university fees and also the living expenses as well.
