H1B is a "non-immigrant" visa granted for a maximum of 6 years, and everyone knows it (maybe except the moderator), so no surprise to the visa holders or their family. The moderator sounds as they though 'paying taxes' by a non-immigrant is some favor being done by them to the USโit is one's duty. Better these moderators know/understand the laws of a land and structure their questions to be at the least relevant. They come through so ill-educated and unprepared.

What part of this dont people understand? If you go there for H1B to work there for a limited time, its you who work there, why does america have to give your children and parents a visa??
