This might be the biggest missed opportunity in hit history. The record itself is absolute dynamite. She DID NOT sell it live one bit though. Often Off key, unflattering tone, just bad vocally in this live performance. She’s so happy with the track she forgot to work on crafting the live performance of it. Great Pop/RnB/ Hip Hop tracks rarely work live. They should have done a more acoustic version or something adapted.
One of my favorite songs from her E=MC2 album, definitely was happy I bought the album when it came out. I wasn't really that big of a fan of hers before but it definitely changed my mind lol I ironically don't think of "Touch My Body" and "Bye Bye" as the best songs on the album tbh
