My H1B got picked in March 2024, and I am on my F1 Visa currently. I am still in US and want to travel to India next month. Can I travel and get back on F1? Are there any restrictions on travel?
I got my h1b approval on 23rd December. Can I book visa interview after 4 months if I want ? What is the maximum days period I can wait for booking an interview slot ?
Instead of all this, why doesn't USCIS just waive H1B Dropbox or give speedy approval to highly paid workers, I mean if a company is paying them so much, they are definitely important to the US economy
