Bhai I have interview on Jan,2,2025 in Karachi. I am a medical student in Islamabad and we have an annual meeting in April in Chicago,USA where we will present our prepared research based model . We have proper invitation from that society but I don,t have travel history. Is there any chance that they will grant me that visa ?

Last year i got 3 visa in 3 months
1. UK visa Sep 2023
2. Canada Visa 10 yrs Oct 2023.
3. US visa 5 years Nov 2023.

If I get a referral or NOC from my employer in Pakistan or a person working in US, will that work both ways. Also should I need to show them my return ticket or 1 way ticket or it doesn't matter if I didn't booked yet. Also what other question can be asked etc.
