Most of Golden visa talks about investing in Real Estate, but there is also some options it seems where one can invest in Bank Deposit or may be exchange traded stock, is that true? if it is, which stock exchange? and which stocks are allowed, but unlike Real estate one can borrow to get to to 2 M how can one borrow in case of stock investment within UAE? also with property does it have to be in Dubai only or anywhere in UAE ? could you please elborate

First of all when we stay in UAE we should not think about exchange rate devaluation, means we are looking for stay here honestly as resident, it does not makes sense to consider Fx evaluation. Be a honest resident with clear thought.
If still thinking to stay back in home country, Bahria Town Karachi is best place to stay for people moving from abroad.

What about Green visa which is for 5 years? i think more people will be interested in that because it has 15,000 AED salary requirement compared to 30,000 AED for the golden visa if you're applying in the skilled worker category.
