  1. How long does it take for the passport to be at the US embassy after the interview and approval of the CR1 visa? Every time I check in Google I see (ready) It looks like I haven't had the interview but I had the interview 40 days ago. What is your comment on this situation mr officer?

  2. Hello @ Zfvisa

Please Can reapplying for an F1 visa with company sponsorship after an initial refusal within few weeks, where my I-20 previously showed personal funds, pose additional challenges?

Will the change in funding source be viewed unfavorably?

  5. I recently applied for a DS-160 and was refused without a clear reason provided. Despite having no prior history, I was born and raised in Saudi Arabia. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

  7. Hi Travis, this is exactly my IR1 case. My husband went to his interview in 6/2024 officer told him he was approved. However, when picked up packet from courier his passport was returned with no visa and a 221G form that states case under review, no documentes requested from us to send. Everything required had been uploaded to the NVC and brought to the interview. 4 months have passed and we still have not received any update from the consulate. We have reached out to them, but it’s a third party call center with automated responses, we have also sent emails to the consulate directly since August unfortunately they haven’t replied. I am worried as I don’t want our case to be forgotten. Is there anything we can do?

  8. An agency applied for me previously and I don't have access to all the information they provided on the old ds160. The MRV fee was paid but not the SEVIS fee and I didn't seat for an interview. Now, I am starting the application from scratch. New university, new i20, new SEVIS id, new ds160. Will there be any issues? The agency won't give me anything they used previously.
