Smartwatches are ultraconvenient these days, thanks to their ability to let you answer calls and respond to messages right from your wrist, without having to take out your phone. When it comes to the best smartwatches on the market, Apple Watches continually impress. And if you’re already in the Apple ecosystem, going for an Apple Watch is a no-brainer. Top-tier smartwatches can carry a hefty price tag, even on budget models. That’s why it’s a good idea to try and find a deal so you’re not paying top dollar. We’ve gathered the best deals currently available to help save you some time.
Plenty of bargains can be found on older models, like the second-gen Apple Watch SE, first-gen Ultra and Series 8. Some of the older models are becoming more and more difficult to find in stock, which means prices fluctuate. We will continue to update this list with the best deals as we find them, but keep in mind that stock levels are volatile.
It’s also worth noting that Apple is in the middle of an ongoing patent dispute, which means that the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 models no longer include the blood oxygen monitoring feature.
Best Apple Watch deals
Released back in 2022, the second-gen Apple Watch SE is the most recent Apple Watch that hasn’t been affected by the lawsuit, which means it’s still available from Apple and most retailers. It offers a slew of upgrades over the first generation, including the same processor as the Watch Series 8, crash detection and a few others. It’s already one of our favorite budget-friendly smartwatches, and right now you can pick it up for $60 off.
While sales have been resumed for the Apple Watch Series 9 (minus its blood oxygen functions), you may still want to opt for the previous generation Series 8 instead. Supplies for this older model are pretty limited, but you can still find some colors at Target right now. While Target doesn’t have any discounts available on the Apple Watch 8 at the moment, you can save 5% on the purchase if you’re a Target RedCard holder. That should save you $20 on your purchase.

Due to an ongoing lawsuit over its blood-oxygen sensing system, Apple has officially removed the blood-oxygen feature in the Series 9 and Ultra. If you’re looking to buy one, be sure to get a deal, particularly if that feature was one you were looking forward to using.
The Apple Watch Ultra 2 may be the latest and greatest, but the first-gen Ultra is still available in limited quantities and has a ton to offer. It features a 49mm titanium case, a sapphire flat front crystal display and an impressive 36-hour battery life. Stocks are starting to run dry now the Apple Watch Ultra 2 is around, however, which means it’s much the same price as its sequel.
