I havent worked for around 3 years in any company after graduation, rather i helped my family in the family business as conditions were not so great in the business as well on homefront and its just a very small scale family run business, so to keep it intact i couldn't afford to work somewhere else.. post that i have worked constantly in an actual company outside the family business, will this affect me? Also how exactly should i say this to the interviewer.?
