Unrealistic representation. Queued for an hour outside just to get to the first point. Once through security it was basically a free-for-all no order to the queuing. Ticket numbers were not being called so completely pointless. I'd made friends with someone in the initial queue. He had to leave to store his laptop in a different building. He managed to rejoin and be seen before so many of us because the opened a window and just took the next people in the line. For such an important building it was carnage
