Indian's really would sell their soul to be in Canada, US specially…I believe in the next 20-30 years, the native people there would cease to exist for sure!…WHY YOU ASK?…Its all about the personality and the way of life a person perceives….Any ordinary US/Canadian or any European citizen would try to settle down in life first and then try to have kids and family. On the contrary, Indians would try to have a baby first, and then think about settling…In their mind, its like in worst case, we are deported. Our kid would have the US citizenship 😂😂😂😂
I have witnessed women who obtained visas 1-2 years prior to getting pregnant with the intent of traveling to have a baby in the US.. so they would not be pregnant at the time of their visa interviews. Visas are good for 10 years. These women take advantage of this 10 year period. There are many Turkish women coming to Texas and Florida to have their baby’s and leave immediately with a citizen baby and US Passport
If a person gave birth In the US paid all the bills and 2 years later applied for a visa and got a 214(b) rejection the counselors said unlawful birth. What are the chances to get a visa approved if they reapply?
A woman gave birth in the USA without paying medical bills on a Tourist visa. How long is her penalty to get another visa again to come back to the USA 🇺🇸? Thank you

Get this if your baby are usa citizens now he or she have to pay usa taxs no matter where he is. Yeah the usa dont enforce it as much but it still there for a reason

The first point you make is contradictory 😢. People come there "on vacation!" 😮to give birth…
What if it’s the opposite, where as an American couple travel per say to, France, Spain etc will the same rules apply?
