  2. Hello, Officer
I am in the USA since 2022, under F1 visa in a Community College and about to complete my Associate degree and planning to transfer my credit to the university. I would like to mention here I've been working in the college since I admitted here and I believe my college will offer me a job based on my major. During my summer I got married back in my Country.

Question-1, which of my status (F1,OPT) will be helpful for my Spouse (F2) application?

Question-2, I just want my wife beside me, do you think I should go to 4 years university?

I would appreciate you a lot, l want to take the appointment but it's equivalent my whole week check 😂

  5. Hello !
I was planning to go to United States on F1 visa. Due to the delays of appointments, It will me delay start of classes. I am thinking that it can affect my visa approval due to those delays of Visa Appointment date while classes have started.

My question is , if I change from Fall to spring so that Visa Appointment date could be without delays , do you think it can affect my visa approval due to the change of semester?

  6. Hello ben!
I would like to know if the officers of the US embassy call the university where you studied to actually check if you studied because for me it is a special case and the university that I studied has closed .

  7. Helloo I have a confusion about two questions.
Is there any difference between 'Why are you going to USA and 'Why usa?'
I am asking because these two question's context is different.
Why are you going to usa means my purpose of going to usa. And 'why usa' means why i particularly chose usa for studying.
The first question's ans will be a little shorter than the second one.
But the officer is telling to elaborate more and more in the first qs.
So what am i supposed to do?

  10. I stayed for 6 months in the US last year but before my visa expired (june) I asked for an extension of stay (B1B2 visa). However the billing address wasn't the place where I was staying and a letter of rejection was mailed to me because I had paid the wrong amount and it stated that I should resent a new application. The person who got the letter from USCIS didn't notify me about the letter and in the meantime a month had passed since the expiring date. I decided not to resend a new application and fly back to my country because I was going to start a new job early August. I left the US early july. My doubt is: Can I get a new B1B2 visa? I have the letter from USCIS explaining why my application was reject and that I should resend it. Would I be denied a new visa? Could I still enter the US considering that I asked for a visa extension before it expired? I had a J1 visa before the B1B2 and I was never denied a visa. Please, someone who is sure about it help me.

  12. Hello, sorry, I was going to ask a question?
I have 3 and a half months left for my visa to expire and now I want to renew it, but my passport expires in April 2025 and if you give me this passport, will the visa be valid when the passport expires?
I'm very sorry if you let me know

  13. Actually regardless of the effort put into presenting all relevant information, the consul may still disregard it and deem it as unnecessary blabbering. On the other hand, some individuals may opt for a concise answer, only to find that it falls short of the consul's expectations and most of the time you still get denied even though you have strong family, social and economical ties to home country. Navigating this process is challenging, as there is no clear formula for success, and the best approach remains unclear…

Getting approved is just like winning a lottery. Its all the matter of LUCK!

  15. Hello Ben, starting off on a thank you note for all the invaluable insights I have been getting from your videos. Request you to kindly make a video specifically on J2 visa since there is hardly any trustworthy youtube video on that visa category. Would be grateful if you can help with insights on Visa officer's expectations from an applicant. I have my J2 interview coming up soon.

Hope to come back and thank you for the insights gained.
