  • The U.S. Embassy in Islamabad has requested that documents and medical examinations be completed. However, the DS-260 form, which needs to be uploaded online via the CEAC account, has been showing an error for the past two years. This is extremely frustrating because this form is crucial for receiving an interview call and possibly obtaining a visa. We have contacted the NVC regarding this issue and have attached a screenshot of the 'Application Error,' but there has been no progress so far. We are having an interview on 22 oct, 2024 each and every document is submitted and is ready with ds-260 form, what fate could we at the interview does anyone knows? 😢

  • Hi. Me and my 4yo son are applying for a transit visa this coming friday. My husband just renewed is b1 b2 visa. But still he will come in the us embassy with me and my son as well.(we will try, though I’m not sure if the security will let them in, since I can just represent for my son. ) my husband is a usrn and have a pending green card application(me and my son are dpendants) btw, me and my son got denied last yr when we try to get a b1b2 visa. And now we are gonna try for transit visa. Any advise?

  • @ZF Visa – Thank you for the information in this video. I will be going for H1B visa interview and have an approved I-140 (in line for green card). How do I answer the question of "will I continue to stay in the US? Why did I apply for I140 even though this temporary work?"
I plan to say that the work that I have been in the US has been extremely rewarding and I did not want to stop my work abruptly before I leave the country and impact my employer. Hence the I-140 was crucial to work for my employer seamlessly.

  • hi mam how are u?i just want to ask something. My daughter is a US citizen and my petition papers is on process.I just want to ask mam, is there a tendency to be denied during the interview?what are the most common questions.i hope u get a chance ti answer my doubts mam.thank u & Godbless ❤❤❤

  • The denial is immaterial if subsequently you got a us visa. Eg. My student visa was declined when I was 19 years of age. But when I was 30 my b1.b2 was given. Then when I was 40, in my second b1.b2 application I was not needed to mention the student visa refusal again since since then I was given a visa (my 1st b1.b2.).
