Unfortunately, I am unable to log in as I do not recall my username, and there is no option available to recover it. Hello, I had previously applied for the US visa in the J-1 category with my old passport; and I have reissued my new passport as the validity of my passport was already completed. Now, with the new passport number I filled up the DS-160 and tried to book a US VISA appointment slot, but in the application page by I saw close application and start a new application as the first option and after select this option by default it showed all personal details with the old passport number which is unable to be edited further. So I can't schedule a VISA appointment. Please let me know what should I do now for my appointment slot booking???
