  1. The new Honda Hornet hornet has 90hp, not 73. You're thinking of the Yamaha CP2 engine which has 72-75hp depending on bike model i.e. MT07.
The KTM 790 is back to make it A2 license friendly (47hp restriction, not possible on 890 as would be more than half original power).

  2. Gonna be a fun year for sure. Cheers from Nor-Cal.
Since you guys brought up reliability discussing the KTM, I'm new to Ka-Toom riding a 22-890 ADV-S.
Prior to that for short term I had a 18-1290 SA-R and for a year and a half prior to that a Pan America Special.
If a rider actually rides tons of miles, that is where you find the issues with the modern motorcycles. The Pan Am went from throwing tons of nuisance faults to leaving me stranded multiple times because it wouldn't start or run. 11,+++ miles in a year and a half that should have been 15K if it had been reliable. With other bikes in the garage I was lucky to have other bikes to spread out the miles.
I hope the 890 is reliable as I've had to address some stripped threads on the mirrors and the shop had to fix stripped threads on the belly pan on the first service.

  3. Great presentation for the atual new year incoming possibilities, of exciting videos on the Channel! It’s always challenging to think about the new machines that will be star shining this year. But I sincerely hope the Industry can recover, because with all the sad events that in general were brought to our days in 2022, I’m almost praying to see some economic positive reaction of the Markets which have suffered quite a lot in the past recent 2 to 3 years now. Thank you for the positive insights!🤞

  4. Honda actually claims 92 or 93hp for the Hornet and Transalp. So almost the same as an Africa Twin but obviously a lot less torque. That is lot better then the MT-07 and Suzuki.

  5. Really enjoyed the video. Just one criticism however. Try not to talk over each other as much. I can feel the enthusiasm coming from each of you and its great. But it sometimes gets a bit muddled when you are both talking. Congrats on the subscriber list accomplishment as well!
