Hello, I recently got denied for my F1 Visa because I think the counselor didn't really give me the chance to explain myself and present my sponsors bank statements to support my case.
I want to book another appointment and use this opportunity to better explain myself on this try. Please can I book a new appointment just like that or do I need to pay for a new students visa fee and fill a new DS160 form before I can book a new appointment.
Also my students visa payment is not more than 12 months. Any advice is highly welcome.

Please If you have appointments at the us since 2020 and it was rescheduled to 2023, it's the same ds 160 form you will fill or new ds 160 form
