If the visa officer asks where I am working at the moment, Can I mention that I am working with the same company in their offshore office. Could you please advise if this would raise any concerns during the interview?

    My question is does an employee (job seeker) pay for DS 160 activation charges in a USA sponsorship job??

    45 days process time.

    We provide 5 years work permit with all accomodations like, food, transport, resident, medical, uniform

    Ticket is yours but company give u relief in ticket 30% because company confirm your ticket with batch

    Salary per hour in usa 15$ to 16$ per hour
    8 hours duty timing

    This job depends on your interview if u selected in interview then your process will be proceed..

    First of all I 'll conduct your interview after selection u received offer letter…then next 24 hours u received a mail from courier department about sponsorship and about courier transfer…..after arrived courier in Delhi cargo head office after 20 to 30 hours u received a mail from finance department they will inform u about DS 160 activation charges and give u account details….u paid the amount then your courier submit to Delhi embassy and u received DS 160 tracking id number then u check online your sponsership and download…

    Company AP se koi b fees charge ni kr Rai…AP ko offer letter received hne k bd within 24 hours AP ko courier department ki taraf se mail received ho gi jis me AP sponsorship ki information provide ki jaey gi aur courier transfer kar dia gaya Hy Delhi me ye inform kia jaey ga….then after arrived courier ap ko finance department ki taraf se mail aye gi jis me AP ko DS 160 k activation charges k bare me inform kia jaey ga aur account ki details provide ki jaey gi AP ko apni payment ko pay krna ho ga after paid AP ka courier submit ho ga Delhi embassy me …and u received tracking id number jise AP online verify kro gy download kar k wapis sign kar k muje send karo gy

    DS 160 activation charges round about 200$ to 400$
    Inr rupees u paid 20 thousand to 30 thousand

    This is the procedure if u agree then proceed.

  16. Hi Suchi, could you please let me know if you have any idea about recent H1B interviews in Hyderabad? If so, could you please share the experiences? I've heard that many candidates are receiving 221G.Do you have any idea why we are not getting appointments for OFC and the consulate in Mumbai and Delhi?

  22. I did send my passport for stamping in Dropbox but they have asked to go to Delhi embassy in person interview.

    They have not asked me to submit any additional documents. Anyone having to go through similar situation in recent times?? Any tips/response would help.

  30. Ma'am, my international passport will expire next year, July 2024. I'm planning to apply for my visa. Do I need to get a new passport that will cover 3 years of my H1b duration, or is my current passport, which is still valid for 11 months , sufficient for visa application?.
