  3. Thank you for this detailed illustration. Pls boss, my parent's visa portal for B1/B2 is currently saying "Pending Appointment Request" instead of "Create New Application" on the AVITS website. They had a previous denial when the US Travel Doc portal was active. No MRV fees was paid after their denial, and I have raised a few tickets on AVITS, and there is no help yet.

    Please do you have any ideas on how I can potentially resolve this issue so I can book an appointment for them. Thank you.

I created an account for myself and added two kids on the same profile, after payments for I'm was only able to book for a child. My own application and the second child is not appearing on the profile. I've created several tickets now but no solution. Please I need help.

  6. Thanks for the video! Kindly assist with adding more applicants to the profile. I have applied and paid for the mother but couldn't add the children to the same account. I also tried creating a new profile for the children but couldn't proceed, as it only provides options for adults.

  7. I need your help. Try booking multiple appointments for mother and children. After doing that of mother successfully, and then while doing that of a first child, I couldn't select a date. So, the status is pending. I have opened a support ticket, and that is not showing on the dashboard as an open ticket. What can I do?

  8. Hello @VisaTalksWithKay I paid for the members of my family with GTbank. Do I need to add them under my profile as applicants and pick appointment dates for each of them before I proceed to this step you just shared with us here or do I have to create a separate profile for everyone.   10. I successfully made my payment yesterday but today on logging back to my dashboard, it is showing Preapproval Request Processing, please how do I navigate from this point? Its actually an F2 application for my wife, thank you.
