  1. Please can I request a support letter from the university I have gained admission to facilitate my visa application process. I have been admittedand have secured a loan from Mpower Financing to cover my educational expenses.

    Although I initially used my family's bank statement to obtain my I-20, I have since been approved for a loan from Mpower Financing that exceeds the total cost of attendance. However, due to the timing of the loan approval, I was unable to use the loan documentation to obtain my I-20.

    As the visa interview approaches, I am facing difficulties in obtaining a bank statement that covers my expenses. Therefore, I kindly request that the university provide a support letter that acknowledges my loan approval from Mpower Financing and confirms that I have sufficient funds to cover my educational expenses.

    This support letter would greatly assist me during the visa interview, as it would provide additional documentation to demonstrate my financial stability. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.

  2. I filled out the usvisaappt portal and payment was made, but the number at the bank when making payment is different from the one on the apointment. I can even view my information on the appointment portal after making payment at the bank, what can i do please

  3. I have not received my migration email and I was trying to submit a ticket as instructed. I forgot the password to my account. I have been trying to reset my password, the system will inform me that a reset password link has been sent and it will never come to my inbox.

    I chatted with one of the associates last Thursday and he sent a link to my email. Till now I have not received the email. What should I do?
