  1. I live in USA and my brother applied for my sister and her family 20 years ago but now she got visa notice and I am helping my brother to fill out the forms which seems to me very complicated but after listening to you. I am encouraged to fill those forms Have you any advice for any sister and brother in law's visa procedure? Btw, are you located in India? and helping others to fill those forms?

  2. Dear sir,

Beg to inform you that I am a maid servant of Saudi Arabian sponsor. He decides to take me to USA for a short period of time by applying B1/B2160  visa as a primary applicant. Now each and every one have to fill up 160 form separately?

Or after having tourist visa, can I enter USA without my sponsor?

    Thank you &
    oblige.

  6. I am applying for b1/b2 visa, going for business purposes fir 2-3 weeks max. I would have all related docs. But 1 doubt is, my present passport valid from 2019-2029, by old passport lost, though i have not visited any country in past. Is that would be an issue

  7. By mistake I made my mother and father account in US visa application for paying visa fee. Also primary name is with my mother. Now whenever I add dependent in my mother's or father's account it is showing that account already exist. I accept my mistake that I did but if I get solution it will be grateful.
    Thank you

  9. Hi! Thanks for the detailed explanation it was crystal clear! I failed my tourist visa interview last 2018, i forgot to mention my travel history from Malaysia last 2016 since the stamp was with my old passport. Is it okay to declare it on my interview this 2024? I think mentioning it will add a travel history to me. I am in Hungary for work and i already visited 4 countries here. Is that enough to satisfy the consule, that my intensions is for tourism? Please advise.

Dear Sir request you to let me know in filling up DS160 at the place of time of visiting USA is related with Visa appointment because If I write that I want to visit with in three months but Appointment is not available by that time then that point will not be be supported by the time schedule. Please suggest what should I do in that case. I am a senior citizen and want to have my visa for visiting my daughter at USA who is doing PHD at her emergency
