Thanks for the very informative video. I have a question please. For those PhD holders from one of the foreign 100-top ranked universities, is there any requirement regarding the date of having PhD? Do they need further nomination from UAE or having a current job in UAE?
thank you for this video, 30.000 salary is one of doctor golden visa requirements ?
Hi Maria , thanks for your impressive videos . As far as I have been said I cannot be eligible for a Golden Visa if I invest in a >2 M AED property off-plan. NEED to be full paid , is that correct ?.
Thanks for the very informative video Maria. I have a question related to Investor category visa. I am based in Singapore (Indian citizen) and I intend to buy a property worth around AED 3M in Dubai, but I plan to finance around 50-60% , that means I will put around AED1.2-1.5M of my own money at the start, so I wont be eligible for the visa? If yes, do I become eligible as I pay off the loan and increase my equity portion of the property to AED 2M? Also, for off plan properties, the payment is sceduled over few years, so if I buy a property today I will be making partial payments over many months/years… so again, I become eligible for visa only after I have payed more than AED 2M of my own money?
My understanding is that these golden visas are only available for westerners from European countries and United States. If you are from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines and Africa most likely you won't qualify because those countries are considered slave labor in UAE.
